THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM ADJUDICATION BOARD (DARAB) 2003 RULES OF PROCEDURE Pursuant to the provisions of Section 49 and 50 of Republic Act No. 6657 as amended and Section 34 of Executive Order No. 129-A in relation to Section 13 thereof, the following rules governing the conduct of proceedings before the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board (DARAB).
