We've tried powering off the AKTA system, as well as shutting down the PC, but our CU-950 is unable to connect to the AKTA system for us to connect using the Unicorn software.

However, my AKTA purifier 10 sometime does not connect CU-950 to the local drive (Computer on which the software is installed and controls AKTA ).
